Ask Your Animals – Scheduling and Cancellation Policy:

If you find that your appointment time with Ask Your Animals is not convenient, please change the appointment by clicking on the “Change Appointment” link from your confirmation email at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Cancellation with more than 24 hrs notice: no fee.

Cancellation within 24 hrs. of scheduled appt: 50% of service fee will be applied to your next scheduled appt.

Cancellation on the same day or “No Show” at time of service: 100% of service fee.

If you have any problems rescheduling or if an emergency arises, please contact me as indicated in your confirmation email.
